Financial information
This policy applies to the Cashly release without advertising. Accounts, transactions, transfers, categories, notes and settings are stored on the device. They are not sent to the developer. Cashly has no user accounts, advertising, analytics SDKs, advertising consent receipts or payments in this release.
Exchange rates
At startup and when updating exchange rates, Cashly sends HTTPS GET requests directly to fxapi.app, cdn.moneyconvert.net, the Fawaz Currency API through cdn.jsdelivr.net, api.binance.com and api.coinbase.com. Requests use a fixed catalogue of currencies and tickers, independent of the user's accounts or balances. They do not contain financial records, a Cashly user identifier, email or a request body with personal information.
Network providers necessarily receive the requesting IP address and technical request metadata. These services may operate outside Russia and process connection information under their own terms. The developer does not receive these requests or their network logs. Core record keeping works without a network connection; exchange rates may then remain unavailable or outdated.
Backups and deletion
Android may back up `finance_state.db` and its required SQLite files according to the user's system backup settings. Cloud backup is restricted to systems with the required client-side encryption; device-to-device transfer is also supported. The system backup provider may be foreign. Backup availability depends on the device and system settings; the developer does not automatically receive these copies.
Manual export and import use the location selected by the user through Android's file picker. Exported financial files are not password-encrypted. Protect and delete copies through the selected storage provider. Delete individual records within Cashly, or clear the app's data in Android Settings. Removing local data does not automatically delete earlier exports or copies held by a backup provider.
Support and the website
Emailing support is voluntary. The operator receives the sender's address, message, attachments the sender chooses to include, and mail metadata needed for delivery and reply. Do not send a financial database or sensitive information unless necessary to resolve the issue. Correspondence is processed on the operator's own server in Russia to answer the request, provide support and fulfil applicable data-rights obligations. It is kept until the issue is resolved; longer retention requires a legal obligation or a specific need to establish or defend a claim. Server backups are retained for 14 days. Contact the operator to request access, correction or deletion; applicable rights and retention obligations are considered for each request.
The policy is bundled in the app and can be read without visiting the website. Opening the public website involves ordinary network request metadata. This release does not send advertising choices or financial records to the website. The fact that advertising is absent does not mean that websites, mail or network services process no technical or correspondence data.

Используется фиксированный каталог валют и тикеров, который не зависит от финансовых записей пользователя. Запросы не содержат счетов, остатков, операций, email или идентификатора пользователя Cashly. Поставщики получают IP и технические сведения соединения; они могут обрабатываться за пределами РФ. Разработчик эти запросы и сетевые журналы не получает. Учёт финансов работает без интернета, но курсы могут быть недоступны или устареть.
По настройкам Android резервируются только финансовая БД и служебные файлы SQLite. Облачное резервирование допускается при требуемом клиентском шифровании; перенос между устройствами зависит от системы. Системный провайдер может быть иностранным, разработчик не получает копии автоматически. Ручной экспорт/импорт выполняется по выбору пользователя. Экспорт без пароля; его защитой и удалением нужно управлять в выбранном хранилище. Данные удаляются в приложении или настройках Android; ранее созданные внешние копии удаляются отдельно.
Письмо в поддержку добровольно передаёт адрес отправителя, текст, выбранные вложения и почтовые метаданные. Они обрабатываются на личном сервере оператора в РФ для ответа, поддержки и исполнения обязанностей по правам пользователя, до завершения вопроса; дольше — только при законной обязанности или конкретном споре. Серверные резервные копии хранятся 14 дней. Для доступа, исправления или удаления обращайтесь по указанному email. Не присылайте финансовую базу и лишние личные сведения без необходимости.
Политику можно читать в приложении без посещения сайта. При открытии сайта технически обрабатываются сетевые сведения запроса; финансовые записи и рекламные согласия эта версия на сайт не отправляет.
